Good ideas, but my issue with Frost Armor is that it takes multiple stacks to gain but drops all at once when the timer runs out.
I would prefer each stack decays one at a time, similar to Armor Charges, which would provide more utility.
However, what Stasis really needs is another Super and Melee ability for each class, which is also the issue with Strand.

Decaying would be a more preferred option, from an aesthetic perspective. Kinda like the players cooling down, or defrosting. I’d also increase the timer by at least an additional 3 seconds to provide more forgiveness.
