Yeah, same issues. After a while, sigil shards dropping from enemies don't count anymore! I'm not capped out, either. Is this some kind of stealth nerf Bungie smuggled in once again?

The video clearly shows that the OP only has 209 in their inventory, so it's not a case where they are at the cap level.
