It's literally faster to regen health in this mode than it is in regular modes. The health pickups spawn from every other enemy you kill.
Also, to the people talking about "shoehorning" you into healing builds. The irony of that argument is the the healing builds DON'T WORK in the Nether due to a bug that doesn't allow healing to scale to higher health pools ie. it's just healing you for the base health amounts...which is basically nothing compared to the health increase.
This is literally the same whining as the Seraph event days because it was sliiiiightly more difficult than pure braindeath than D2 generally is...grow some thumbs and let the devs cook.

Its easier to complain that to play differently lol. I haven’t used a subclass other than prismatic in pve in so long, but since this season arc has been hella fun and super effective in nether
