waking vigil is most likely the only arc 140 people use now bc all the other ones r outdated plus pali is have 2 redacted perks so its prolly gonna have some juiced arc perks that will be better than voltshot and possibly jolting feedback but idk about it being better than jolting feedback i really like that perk
