If this FPS issue persists, then please try to capture a video to illustrate what you're experiencing. Once you have one, you can upload it to a public video hosting site like YouTube and share a link with us. In addition, please specify whether this occurs when playing on Steam or a Playstation, and we'll be sure to take a look.

It’s on Pc steam while looking at friends list/clan page inside the game.,it has been happening since Tuesdays patch so it’s a consistent thing and i play the game almost everyday so it gets annoying
