Twitch name change not reflecting on Bungie connected accounts
Greetings,
A while ago I changed my user name on twitch. This change never reflected on my connected accounts page on Bungie and still shows my old name. This has become an issue where I have not been able to get drops. I tried unlinking and re linking the account but when it prompts me to sign in to twitch Bungie says that there's an error because I'm trying to sign into a different account. The issue is that it's the same account but with a name change that bungie is not recognizing. Can you please help?

2 RepliesYou will need to speak to Twitch to figure out what to do going forward, Bungie base authentication on what Twitch tells them when you sign in and compare it to what they have stored.
