Bungie doesn't restore lost or deleted items/characters for any reason.

I hope they can make an acceptation, I don't know if its worth playing if I need to regrind everything... I've spent so much time and money on this game

A post like this comes up no less than once a week. Bungie’s response is always the same. They will not restore characters. My input is there is nothing to restore. Your character didn’t go into a recycle bin. I’m sorry this happened to you. Consider 2-step authentication for literally ever login.
