Sorry to say but it cant be restored.

Will someone from Bungie also reply? I really am looking for help, and patient to take this to wherever it may be able to find a resolution. I am truly devasted, as this may mean the end of Destiny 2 for me. I don't know what to do.

They may, but they'll basically guide you to that same page. Account security is left solely down to the player and unfortunately any issues that arise due to unauthorised access is also left to the player.

Bungies stance is there is no recovering of them. Realistically, if you continued to play, it would be grabbing a friend or two and rushing through as much content as possible as quickly as you can to get back up to a point where you can refarm the high-end gear. It's going to be a major hit to your enjoyment though and it wont be quick to recover.
