The most important thing Phoenix Cradle needs is some sort of visual difference to indicate to your allies that standing in your Sunspots will do something for them. Right now they can't even tell, so they'll make no effort to go to your Sunspots to get the benefits.

It does have an indicator its just bugged its a blank buff with a timer it also need to be fixed

No, I meant the Sunspots themselves. As far as I'm aware, they just look like normal Sunspots to your allies, don't they?

Oh I see wat u mean yea they do look normal they would have to make the sunspot bigger or change the color for teammates

I think changing the colour would probably be good. Bigger would be a nice buff too, but they need to be very visually distinct in order for allies to notice the difference, so something like a noticeably different colour or completely different pattern or visual look would be important.
