Then it probably needs a full rework/revamp instead of buffs.

Yea ur right, it needs a way to get restoration x2, and for it to have the manticore's 'enemies can't shoot you in the air' factor, I know on solar you can get cure from multikills... But that's with Icarus dash... A not so pve aspect..

The problem with the reduced tracking is that the exotic holds you still in the air, unless you were thinking something different.

Well the reduced enemy tracking would just help you love, since they're not tracking as hard as when you get laserbeamed when normally using them It also needs a damage resist stacks depending on how much enemies are under you, within idk 20-30 meters?
