Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances.
If your account has been compromised, we are unable to assist you, and you will need to contact your platform's support. Account security is up to each player, and we encourage players to secure their game accounts by following our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048721292-Account-Security-Guide]Account Security Guide[/url] so that they don’t have a chance to be compromised.

So is there any possible way from now I can secure it all, so this person cannot enter from the epic games account?

Your option is to contact Epic Games Support to see if there's anything they can do. Without the login credentials for that person's account, you cannot disable the Cross Save and unlink the account. Epic will not give you the login either, as that would be a breach of their own security policies.
