It happens often when flying into the tower. The nav page becomes inaccessible so I have to switch to another character and back in order to resolve the issue. It recently also happened when loading into Charon’s Crossing. I can hear my character move and jump, though the screen remains black. Only after walking off the cliff to the left of the spawn point, the screen suddenly went back to normal.
