    When hc are the meta other things don't trail TOO hard. Smg meta can be annoying but countered just fine. Sidearm, scout and bow metas aren't really a thing. But a pulse or auto meta are THE WORST because they effectively cover all engagement ranges, and completely overtake everything. Edit: tbf bows and scouts CAN NOT be meta and bungie doesn't want that because of their basically infinite range. I just wish they would realize that pulses and certain autos are MORE than capable of hitting cross map and are thus just as bad. Esp when they also have blistering ttks.

  • Idk bro. I love smgs but it was so boring. It’s kinda ironic that it was a close range/ aggressive weapon but in practice - it would just be licking your shield and vying for a cloudstrike kill. Or someone gets a little curious and gets slightly out of position and your team flies in with smgs and overshields.
