Sorry about that - access updated and screenshots can be viewed. Yes, I bought it on the same account I play on. I only have one account and the one console I use. No game share. No cross-save set up or other accounts.

Include as much info as you can - such as date of purchase or if there were any refunds issued and it was repurchased. Bungie will look into it and if it lines up with what they've been told by Sony you should have access to then they'll issue the passes/dungeon key etc Unfortunately though, they only answer tickets in the order they're received, during business hours, and it can take a week+ to get it reviewed/replied to as they're a fairly small team.
