Your screenshots are private. Did you buy it on the same account as you play it on? the Episode passes and Dungeon key are not gameshareable. If you did buy it on the same account, did you previously have cross-save setup at the time of purchase with a different account as your active profile?

  • Sorry about that - access updated and screenshots can be viewed. Yes, I bought it on the same account I play on. I only have one account and the one console I use. No game share. No cross-save set up or other accounts.

  • Head to: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items At the bottom there is a 'submit request' button. Include as much info as you can - such as date of purchase or if there were any refunds issued and it was repurchased. Bungie will look into it and if it lines up with what they've been told by Sony you should have access to then they'll issue the passes/dungeon key etc Unfortunately though, they only answer tickets in the order they're received, during business hours, and it can take a week+ to get it reviewed/replied to as they're a fairly small team.

  • Thanks for the info i appreciate it! I hesitated to use this form firstly when I was browsing the site as the form stated it was not for DLC purposes but reading again it has mentioned that it can be used following posting a help request.

    Episode passes and Dungeon Keys count as in-game, Eververse purchases, even when bought through a bundle on a platform store like PSN. That's why the form is valid in this case.
