Hello Royalscots, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. To rule out anything with the cache on your console, can you try uninstalling the game, clearing the console cache, and reinstalling the game? If you need any help with clearing the cache, follow this Link for steps. If the issue persists despite these steps, can you clarify if the game is installed on your main Xbox SSD or do you have the game installed on a separate SSD (outside of the main one in your console)?

 • Hello, I have already uninstalled, cleared the cache, and reinstalled the game multiple times. Sadly, there is no success each time i do so. Destiny 2 is installed on my main xbox Internal Storage SSD. I do have a separate SSD, but it does not have Destiny 2 installed on it.

 • Hello again, Thank you very much for your response. In the event of an issue with the game being installed on your main Xbox SSD, if it's possible, can you try moving/installing the game to your other available SSD to see if the issue persists?

My other SSD is not made by xbox, so it only stores games that aren't upgraded to next gen playability.

 • Hello, i contacted Xbox and can confirm that it seems to be a bungie server side issue. When will i expect updates on a possible fix?
