Talking to Eido via holoprojector, while standing next to Eido
Imagine calling somebody on their phone for an actual serious conversation, while they’re standing five feet away from you.
Does this not strike [u]anybody[/u] at Bungie as ridiculous?

1 ReplyThat would be the leftover. Normally, a season would have the holo projector be this week, and next week, we talk to eido. The pacing seems off because while they could remove the fluff/time gating that people complained about. They still didn't have enough time to fully correct for this change. They said this before launching episode 2 in a livestream. Episode 3 is supposed to take this change into account. We will see then.

Except there is no barrier to the acts this episode. This means that the weekly progression probably stopped at her from what would have been the previous week then picked up to start the next week. No barrier does this. I believe they didn't change the steps to accommodate the barrier change for episode Revenant. Something they have time to do for Episode Heresy.

The whole hip eido comic book daddy routine is cringe and beneath a guardian who sacrificed a ghost to destroy the witness. Idk why everyone cares so much about this and so little about the absolute terrible seasonal loot. But at least Osiris’ romantic life is gone so I’ll take it and also the location is cool, has a good vibe. Act 2’s story being literally 20 minutes is a good joke. Also here : have a cool new onslaught but with trash rewards! Here : have some prison of elders with even more trash loot ! Make sure to enjoy these activities and play them alot with barely any incentive!!!

They said why they do this awhile ago. Iirc the game engine is so dogsht they have to do it this way. Also they're broke and don't have the funds to even minimally animate a character model.

Masterpiece storytelling....muahahahaha.....if you have limits be creative. What they call being creative is that ugly guy on Neomuna, Nimbus. One of those black&white comics they did few times would have been better to tell the story.

Yep it's pretty silly, I hate the running back and forth all over the place to listen to dialog when I just want to play. To be honest I'm not even up to speed on the story anymore something about Fikril with an echo and Skolas. I'll just rock up and shoot who is shooting at me job done. The recycle of old characters going from bad guys to good guys annoys me. Let's release Eramis to help us cause she is old and wise but you know wants to kill everyone so that's not 100% good.
