Could you provide a video showing the triumph claimed, the emblem in collections, and the emblem not in your inventory or postmaster?

I can't but I think the problem solved by itself: my sissy logged out the account/character and then logged again twice, and the title showed up to reacquire in the collections. Thanks!!
