Check your email receipt to make sure you purchased the PC version of the silver.
Silver is platform locked, so buying the console version of it wont be added to your PC silver balance. If you bought the correct one have a read through this article: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497031-Contact-Form-Missing-Silver and if necessary fill in a ticket using the Submit Request option at the bottom.
If you bought the incorrect version, contact MS for a refund.

I actually can´t tell if its the right version, it just reads "Destiny 2 Silver (Xbox)". I believe that since I bought it from the online store, on the browser, it counts as bought for console.

The PC one on the Xbox store is suffixed with '(PC)' - like this: [url=https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/store/1000-100-bonus-destiny-2-silver-pc/9NZX237TNW2D]seen here[/url] - under the 'Play with' section it lists PC where as the console version has '(Xbox)' [url=https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/store/destiny-2-silver-xbox/C2B3MCDF0C4L/GLLL]seen here[/url] lists under 'Play with' as Series X/S and One. I'd contact MS to have them double check if its the Console or PC version, and get them to refund if its Console but from the fact it says '(Xbox)' I'm going with its the console one.
