Copying from my older comment this year, as Bungie have done one-sided collab more recently with For Honor I'm going with #3 in it. Theres a bunch of theories but nothing solid from either side about what's going on: - At the time Arknights still had other collabs to do, and Bungie was going through all the internal stuff so its been delayed indefinitely - The Pride@Bungie article coming out shortly after the announced collab and including Taiwan on the list of countries put some potential issues regarding the CCP, the public statement and were drawing attention to Arknight for associating with Bungie - It was just a one sided collab, seen some people say Arknight already had it and there wasn't going to be a D2 side of it since Arknight apparently don't do that. - Arknight did some changes and those put the collab on hold indefinitely
