Wicked Implement, bug?
Hello together, stupid question cause i cant find anything about it: why does wicked implement not break barriers? no where stands a thing about an intrinsic perk like wishender so technicaly with the artifact it should be able to do all three champs but it does not break a barrier even with radiant or tested it completly wrong ...
