It would've been removed for name and shaming by the Ninjas.
The only 2 official ways of reporting are via the help center or in-game. The forums isn't a place for reporting what people are doing in-game.

The rules say don’t name shame in the post right? Bc I didn’t. I literally did not mention their name. I mentioned everything that seemed suspicious, and then what was obvious. Even shared on Twitter, and I had multiple people agree and one of them were in a stream where frostbolt and gernaderjake were on a team, matched against the guy I mentioned, and the whole chat saw they were cheating. Not once did I type their name or share a screen shot of it here

Not just in the post, they'll also remove it if you link to things such as tweets or videos that show their name as its still attempting to name and shame. If you had nothing like that and it was just a list of things they were doing, contact one of the Ninjas (found [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Groups/GroupMembers?groupId=121]here[/url]) and ask them for clarification on why.
