It's almost the end of the season and I still haven't been able to focus any of them. Why has this not been fixed? Still says I need to do my placement despite doing so and completing weekly matches on all my characters?

Mine is just the same. They don't care. The need a Doge to clear out their garbage. This games dying on it's feet as it is and this is why. Even die hard players have had enough.
