Same issue, after killing all the hives, Cayde does nothing to progress the mission except stay on the machine.

The Cayde’s Fate Quest is still bugged after the 10/22/2024 update. This quest is preventing new players from progressing beyond Guardian Rank 3. I know this as I have played Destiny 2 and I am past Guardian Rank 5. However, my son cannot use mods on weapons and armor due to only being Guardian Rank 3 which limits his effectiveness while running strike missions, or any missions, with other players. This may turn new players away from the game and result in monetary losses for Bungie. How is this not an emergency for the programming team? Thank you, Concerned Guardian
