Yes you can get it from the in game store, on the archive page( that itis lockated under the brightdust page), it cost 2000 silver

The key for the dungeons are not soled individualy but on packs to buy the key for dulaity and spier of wtcher you need to buy the witch queen dungeon key, to buy the ghost of the deep and warlord ruin you need to buy the lightfall dungron key, to buy the new dumgeon key you need to buy the the final shape dungeon key witch will automaticaly give you acces to the next dungeon as well
