All you can do is wait to see if the appeal gets accepted. If 4-6+ weeks go by without the ban being lifted then your appeal has likely been reviewed and denied
Bungie won't reply with why you were banned, they also won't in most cases provide a response at all unless they need more information from you or the appeal was accepted.

I appreciate your response. Is there anything I can do for someone to see that my account has been banned and needs fixing? Or is this post enough?

Assuming that the case id you mentioned in your original post is for an appeal ticket, then that is all you can do, Bungie SRT as far as I'm aware won't go through the forums looking for threads/accounts that say they've been banned for them to investigate.
