Hey there. Just to confirm, if you can enter a new name into the text box on your profile (whether it gets accepted or not when you submit) this means you do have a name change available. The issue with it not being accepted is due to it hitting the name filter. If you do not have a name change token, the text box will not be editable, and it will say 'no name changes available' below it, in red text.
