Tbf NTtE has always been like that too, it's just that Elsies feels more oppressive because it is a legendary and not an exotic

However ntte needs to build up the perk in order to get that forgiveness which acts like a stronger version of headseeker and can mitigate the lack of headseeker

True, but the time portal ain't that good imo, TTK wise it may help, but in a real 1v1 when shii hits the fan, it won't make that much of a difference

Yeah it will probably help more in slower poke style gameplay where you get to build up the perk before forcing a 1v1. Zen moment and headseeker both help so much in winning duels and is just as good if not better than the time portal. Base ntte can’t really compete with this and while the time portal acts like pseudo headseeker you don’t get anti flinch so there is still a possibility of straight up missing. The portal provides some extra utility by tagging people on its own and adding chip damage. You could be sliding across prices of cover and the turret could possibly delay their health regen or put in some damage for your teammates to clean up.
