Okay the last line says that the class items will be available August 23rd, then after it goes back to RNG? Am I reading that right? So this is a one time thing?

I love how their reasoning was to use a line from Xur that his will is not his own. My response to that is, well no f*cking sh*t it isn't his own. They can make it his will, they [i]are[/i] his will. Such a shallow excuse they gave to make it RNG.

Not quite. It will be RNG if Xur even offers class items to buy. There will be weeks without class items at Xur and one exotic cipher instead.

Yeah that´s exactly what I wrote,one week is class item and another week is maybe the Chest or legs etc...
