Once you’ve activated the Glows for a given Class you can complete Forge Bounties tied to a specific Armor piece to receive additional Armor drops, including the Class Item.

Well this is what I tried to do, I don't get any single drops, neither through the activity itself, neither through bounties. Wasted like 6h of my lifetime with this already to try and squeeze a single drop out of it but it just does not work🥲

It took far too long imo, but at least you could get it somehow. So yea thanks for this hint again :D
