Bungie, after reading plenty of other posts reporting similar problems and seeing you deliver the same response to each despite it being ridiculously evident that what we are posting about is NOT addressed in what you said and is blatantly ignored, it is becoming apparent you do not care about your player base or the problems we post. This has been incredibly disappointing and if it keeps up you will be losing players and gaining negative press. Please respect your player base and get your act together

Hello, thanks for replying. That said, that is not how the passage worked for me up until this point and it went from inflated to flawed overnight while I wasn’t even online and had had 5 wins built up. I can appreciate that the way you described is how it was originally intended to be, and can even accept it moving forward, but I had a flawless card with 5 wins and it only became flawed [b]after[/b] a glitch happened that prevented me from accessing trials on my hunter. I earned the adept weapon, please fix the issue. I put in many hours on the weekend trying to get this and it literally happened because of a glitch.
