Well the goal is obviously that as they get kicked out longer and longer, players who stick around will have to deal less and less, until they're a non issue.
Hopefully that works out.

Sure but it’s still going to happen, and the players who stick it out shouldn’t be punished.

I feel that is a complicated thing to try and fairly enforce. What's stopping a team from having a "fall guy" account(s) just to avoid those. Best to get rid of the quitters.

So only make it benefit solo players.
