The clock changes in 3 different patterns. Take a breath, take your time. Figure out all 3 patterns and what the common one for all of them is. Then wait until you’re ready and enemies are gone, then shoot each number one after the other. You don’t have to call it out and shoot immediately.

Yeah. Usually I have the other person call out their numbers, then I keep track of which of mine is the same. Then when ready at the first pattern I can immediately call the number and shoot. Pattern changes, then call again and shoot. Do that the 3rd time and you’re ready to wipe out the bosses. Fewer enemies spawn doing it this way and if you miss a callout, you can just wait for that pattern to come around again.
