There is a section for the rotator exotic mission.
You'll find under the Episodic section

Don't feel bad as they did not make it easy to find it. Why they opted to bury it under the Episodic section and not put it under it's own section or even under the Other, which has a section for exotic missions (but even that is limited to Whisper and Zero Hour)

I think this got broken with the release of Episode 2. I cannot find Exotic Rotator under Episodic. Only Breach Executable and Enigma Protocol.
