You would still need them from each of the Cyst missions, if you weren't aware of that already.
Not sure how to fix the missing ones if they are not in your inventory (or tracked behind the scenes) then perhaps a different character would be needed?

I've tried on other characters and the only encryption bits in my inventory is from a few cyst I've done. I didn't know the bits could be tracked from behind the scenes so I'll try completing the rest of the cyst and give it a try. Thanks for the help.
