Doesn't have an error number, just says it's restricted.

She can't join the clan, she can't talk with us when we are in fire teams. She can't join our fire teams, but we can join hers. Through research on my own, it looks like she put in that her birthdate is younger than she is and through research and no support from bungee I found out that I would have to send my license with her correct birthday so I did that. They won't accept it. When I asked them for help , they closed to the ticket. When I provided the information and said that I needed her birthday updated , they closed the ticket and said that I had to do it from her account. When I told them that her email doesn't exist.And it's just an alias to mind because she's a kid so I can't send emails from her account.But I can receive emails on the account.They told me to log in to her account and do the support ticket. I tried to do that , but the support system doesn't load for her account. It loads for mine and my son's accounts. She can play the game and we can join her fire team. She just can't join our clan, chat, or do some bounties. The no voice has proven to be a big deal and makes her feel very isolated so she doesn't want to play.

If you filled out the form for birth correction, that's all you can do. You don't jump the front of the line, as Bungie gets 10s of thousands of requests and are answered in the order they received them

I filled it out a month ago man. They responded back saying that they won't do it. It's like you're not reading my original message.

You wrote a dissertation which to be honest won't be read word for word. If they told you they won't take action, then that's pretty much it. They obviously have their reasons and their side of the story as well

They have a system bug that's stopping that account from using the support. And, their support team doesn't want to work around it. So, I asked for a refund to make a new account, and they cycled back to saying to submit a new birthdate fix request, when I said I did that in the same exact support ticket, they said to provide supporting documentation and then closed the ticket so I can't respond to it. So, now, here I am. I'm not sure if you're trying to help or just trying to get post counts up. But, either way, if you don't want to take the time to read the issue, please feel free to not spend the time responding without reading. Appreciate you trying to help though but I've jumped through those hoops. Edit: I just noticed you're a rank 1, 1900 zero time activity account. Guessing I've been talking to a bot. I can see why Bungie grew tired of you quickly with your demands. Also you cannot ask a content creator for a refund , as they didn't sell you anything. The platforms handle money transactions. Also I have 9 years in the forums and you have 2. Try again
