I disagree. This is definitely up to Bungie because all the content is already inside the game. Besides, this also happens even if you downloaded Destiny 2 on your PC through Xbox live and I play on Xbox live through Xbox so riddle me that. It’s not a steam issue. It’s a cross platform issue through Bungie itself. Bungie controls the price and availability of the Content no matter the platform. Like I said in my post, the Bungie servers are ready detect my content I have purchased in a different platform special ornaments or catalyst and etc. That I only available to season pass holders. the Contant already exist in the game. For example, when you buy the season pass, it is only for a digital key to unlock the content that’s already on your hard disk/SSD
