Guessing part of the rework. Can’t pick up new quests either.
Was able to get a new quest this week for Xenology quest. Might have been a bug. It was on his second tab. Couldn’t get one last week though.

I was able to pick up a new Xenology quest from Xur last week, but after completing it/handing it in I can’t get a new one this week. -
It's always been like that. Unless you complete and turn it in the same weekend you grab it, it's effectively 1 every 2 weeks. They should end that lockout, imo.

Makes even less sense since they allowed us to hold more than one at a time.

It doesn't, I'm 100% for making Xenology fully repeatable. Especially now, no reason not to...

Sorry I meant the Cyphers, previously we could hold only one so if you completed the xenology quest and handed it in with a cypher already in your inventory you got nothing.
