Arcane Needle Warlock Prismatic missing
I have completed the Dark and Light quests on my Titan, and did all 6 adventures on my Warlock, yet my Warlock does not have Arcane needle unlocked - it is the only thing yet to be unlocked except for fragments. I do not see where I can replay the Dark and Light missions to obtain, I also went to the area where the chest is but no chest for Arcane needle on my Warlock.
