Same issue, but I've only got the one character (Hunter). Wild Card (step 30 of 34) just says "You are unable to launch the selected quest at this time".

Exact same here. But I should add that I had started the mission killing skreebs for dark ether and got kicked to orbit. I’ve had the "You are unable to launch the selected quest at this time" since then
