Thanks for reaching out!
In order to ensure your NVIDIA control panel settings are being applied correctly, be sure to add Destiny 2 under Manage 3D Settings>Program Settings and customize the settings to your liking there. You'll also want to make sure you're running Destiny 2 in Windowed Fullscreen mode.

Thanks for the reply, however I've tried adjusting my settings in the control panel and whether I play in Windowed Fullscreen or Fullscreen does not change the issue either. Do you have anything else I could try, or other advice?
