This is the worst reply and I see it all the time, I get assuming that people haven't tried the help options but the follow up being the service provider baffles me. I'm having the same issues as the original poster and have for years, it's also why I took a few long breaks. Not only have I tried everything in the troubleshooting article I went as far as re building half of my computer and bringing it to other locations that use different service providers to no avail. There has to be something farther that Bungie can do or a way that they can narrow down what's happening. As said before this has plagued the game for YEARS and the fact that nothing has been done to help is crazy. Some days the game is unplayable due to this and I've been the reason for countless raid wipes on contest mode and normal because of this. PLEASE someone at Bungie help us get through this error and make a new article for that fix so that other players having this issue can resolve it too.

and the more crazy part is, they already marked that response as an answer and the problem is solved while clearly it is not. I really want to put more hours and money in the game, because it is fun, but with this kind of support, I'm pushed away from doing that, unfortunate.

Back again, this same issue just got me a competitive PVP suspension and i's not the first time. This NEEDS to be solved ASAP

Hello, Regarding the troubleshooting of this error, I did everything that is suggested in there, and still receiving the error, I'm lost on what I can do next. Regarding the service provider assistance, they will not do anything, I tried them on basic issues and they were very unhelpful and dodging the issue with silly reason, so I doubt they will do anything in regard to this issue. Please suggest me to fix this issue, I already bought all the previous DLCs thinking that the issue is fixed since the last time I played (last time I played 4 years ago). Thanks in advance.

I was having issue before using the mobile app, so I dont think it is related to this. thanks anyway for the help.
