It works a noticeable amount, sometimes I don't even realise I have my class ability because I'm not used to it coming back so fast

not only hunter, check the links, the guy who started is a titan.

Titan and hunter then? Seems fine on warlock. Feels like I get dive back every 20 seconds.

My recovery sits at around 40-50 and I use Phoenix dive, I can get my dive back before hellion is even finished because of the fragment. Works fine for me.

well, check the link, it shows that it also doesn't work on titan.

Yeah I was thinking maybe it doesn't activate if your class stat is maxed since that ties in to ability regen, you never know with these people
