I have a similar issue where I completed my reset on pathfinder but the ergo sim reward didn’t drop so I did it a second time all the way to reset and still I didn’t get it. Not in inventory not in post box.

I found mine at the Tower postmaster, not in the Lost City postmaster.

Go to orbit and fly back in. It worked for me.
