Do you have any news? Cause to my 2nd character still is locked.

Yes you need to complete the six adventures in the lost city that are near ghost. Queen, Home, and Hollow. Two parts to each one. Each mission will unlock one of your locked items.

So doesn't need to do something like for a example play campaign to unlock inlock them?

No I have seen other posts about this and Bungie acknowledged it was an issue. I have the same issue on my other two characters.
