Graviton still works sometimes. But it doesn't work for some people and works too well for others so its probably not anything for anyone to count on working consistently. I'm personally just really waiting for the weapon update they said was coming to see what it is I'll be allowed to use. Also, the "toxic elites" thing to get your way is just beyond moronic at this point. So sayith the Dord of the Lance.

You have no way of really knowing that other than your own opinion of them. And that opinion when people such as yourself give it is usually based on you yourself saying you know less about the game in order to even be able to make that opinion. So why even say the toxic elite part unless you're trying to shame Bungie into giving you what you want? Graviton Lance is really strong in the right hands and sometimes strong in middle tier hands and probably pretty bad if you're not that good. It probably won't be very good for almost anyone after the update either... So sayith the Dord. The Dord also wants to point out that this is really good evidence that Graviton Lance does not need to be nerfed or mangled in real time like some people seem to think it does.
