Thank you for reporting.
Could you provide us with a video of this issue occurring and tell us the location where you're getting those dialogues? Could you also tell us if you picked a new light quest from the abandoned quest kiosk or somewhere else and have it in progress in your inventory?

Following up with the last message. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the New Light dialogue?

So my PS4 is being a little jank and I can't upload the video. But it's the Exo Stranger and she tells me "I once asked Guardians to destroy the Black Heart" Even though she's speaking to the guardian she asked. Variks also spoke to me like he didn't recognize me either. Looking through my quests I found a Timeline Reflection Step 1 of 4. And it's telling me to Complete Cayde's Fate from the timeline. I don't even know how this got put in my quests. Outside of the first few missons of Beyond Light, I've only talked to Ikora, Zavala, Shaxx, and Ada at the Tower.
