Your character has gear without Power which is dropping your character below the Power level floor. If you can't afford to pull gear with 1600 Power from Collections, you'll need to re-create the character or create a new character to progress through the New Light experience.
Note creating multiple characters of the same class serves no benefit for most of the game, and Bungie is making changes to how Power works when The Final Shape launches which may also resolve the issue.

Hi thank u for the response. How do I change my power so I am able to kill the enemies. As my character is just made it's a new character and I'm still having the same problem

Collections -> Armor -> Hunter -> Leveling

But I have remade my character, that's why ik confused

My game is fixed now but I've lost all my skins and everything is there a way I can get them of my other character

If you had remade your character, it would have no equipped weapons and 1600 Power armor, as the other user pointed out.
