Tormentors are harder to deal with than champions and don't require any mods. So no.

Oh they need a fat nerf… awful things

I love them. When they spawn in they create a genuine feeling of dread. It's exciting. If you know how to deal with them they're fantastic. As opposed to champions where it's not really a skill issue it's more of a loadout issue.
