I mean its the only melee we have that can 1hk. I regularly get 1hk by titans and warlocks running around trading kills. And its got a higher skill floor than the other two subclasses. The bounce can be ridiculous I will give you that. Personally I use lightweight knife.
Edit: I stand corrected, warlocks do not have a 1hk melee.

None that are specific to them and neutral, at least. All Arc classes have the Flux Grenade, but seemingly no one ever uses it. As said below, Lightning Surge can OHK people in the right circumstances, but never in a straight 1v1. I believe Magnetic Grenades can OHK with 1 stack of Death Throes from Verity's Brow, but that's committing your Exotic, requiring use of a Void weapon, needs a kill and then has a limited time in which you can do it. Maybe Incinerator Snap can do it if you get an Ignition too, but that would be far too inconsistent to rely upon.

I’ve heard that arc slide lightning one can be but I don’t see anyone using it. We have no 1hk melee as far as I know. I’d appreciate one for void! Or any other melee for void. Please bungie just bring back a normal powered melee

The arc slide requires set up. You need two people next to each other and need to run necrotic grip iirc.
