Can you please confirm if the game is installed on your internal hard drive?

yes it is installed on my c-drive!

It is entirely possible that your hard drive may be experiencing errors in reading and writing. How old is the drive? Is it a HDD or an SSD?

it is a solid state drive, it is decently old but it doesn't explain how the other games within the same game library in the c-drive can be read and played just fine /: but just in case let me quickly reinstall it in the E drive, that SSD is brand new about 2 months old

Some games may have different ways of handling hard drive errors. It would be difficult to determine the issue based on how other games perform on the same hard drive

still doesnt work on any SDD nor epicgames too so

just reinstalled it, still facing nightingale issue, im gonna try downloading and running it on epic games to see if it makes a difference
